Since Cloudoe acquired the Broadsoft platform from Interconnect in 2016, I've been instrumental in providing essential expertise in Broadsoft, VoIP, Network Architecture, and Security. Essentially, I handle all the technology behind the scenes.

Personal facts:
- Completed HTS training and have a background with Microsoft and Cisco.
- Actively involved in the professional audio world as a sound engineer.
- I have a passion for cooking (and eating).
