In my role as Senior Business Consultant, I mainly focus on Workforce Management (WFM) and Employee Engagement (WEM)

I believe the most rewarding challenge lies in striking a delicate balance between optimizing WFM processes to enhance customer satisfaction, while also fostering employee autonomy and engagement. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in contact center management and WFM implementations, I aim to be your ideal consultant for all WFM and WEM-related matters. My core motivations include a strong customer focus, commitment to quality, process optimization (especially in WFM), and a passion for sharing knowledge and experience.

Personal facts:
• I worked for Genesys for 14 years and was able to perform more than 30 WFM implementations worldwide in various industries.
• In my spare time, I work as a volunteer at the Aap Foundation, where I, together with fellow volunteers, provide food for more than 350 primates and other exotic mammals at the weekend.
• In addition, I am fairly sporty and always very eager to travel, there are now 54 countries on the clock!
